Hi all! Hope everyone is enjoying their new year. I am a 24 year old mechanical engineer and I just closed on my first turn key investment property in Tuscaloosa. I am looking to move onto my next property, and would like to use the BRRRR method. After researching all sorts of different cities and listening to various podcasts, I would like to focus in on Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, OK city, Memphis, Cleveland and Indianapolis. I am actively trying to connect and network with realtors/wholesalers/hard money lenders in those areas. However, I don't want to limit myself so I would like to chat with anyone!
