How to get a loan with no income source at the moment

Hi, I’ve been on BiggerPockets for about two years now. I am 23 years old and I play baseball in the New York Yankees organization. I signed a contract in 2019 with the Yankees and ever since I had my own money, I’ve fell in love with real estate. I bought my first single family rental property in may of 2020. Due to covid, we have not been able to have a consistent income coming in, so getting a loan has been tough. I bought my first house with cash and I’m trying to refinance the house and get a loan because of great rates and I want to have more cash to invest. Does anyone have any advice on how to get a loan on my house that is trying to refinance without having a steady flow of income. Thanks and looking forward to talking with some people on BiggerPockets.
