Hello Everyone ,

My name is DeAndre I’m a Newbie here my goal is to gain knowledge and build connections I’m currently learning the wholesale side of things I’m targeting single family residential properties but I honestly believe if I can have a line of communication with investors so I can learn the right way for success and take things next level over time!

If you have any tips or advice please let me know !

@DeAndre Vines welcome Deandre! Are you planning to do you wholesaling in West Michigan then?

Definitely a hot market and lots of cash buyers. If you have a deal, make sure to vet it and use accurate rehab numbers.

I find most veteran investors get turned off if wholesalers present "deals" that aren't deals.
