I'm new to wholesaling and I feel I've gained a lot of knowledge on it. But, I feel that I'm still not quite ready to seal my first deal. So, I thought that maybe people in my area could help guide or answer some questions about finding motivated sellers, Well typed Contract, Skip-Tracing, etc.
