Newbie Investor in the Tampa Bay Area

Hello everyone! My name is Tatianna. I'm super excited to start my new venture in real estate investing! I'm located in the Tampa Bay Area (Clearwater specifically) and looking to start this journey through wholesaling. My goal this year is to secure enough wholesaling deals to purchase my first multi-family home for rent. The desire to build wealth for my family is what drove me to dive into real-estate investing. I'm glad I found Bigger Pockets to build my network, gain some new knowledge and skills, and make this happen. I have to make my next move my best move.

I look forward to learning and growing with this community. Please feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to connect. Have a wonderful day!

Congrats on your decision. One of the things I would really think about is what should you say NO to so that you can focus and be successful saying yes to. There are many different paths and avenues to go in Real estate, and unfortunately no one to tell you yes or no. I would decide what the end goal is and the strategy to reach that goal. Write it down make it clear and create actionable steps with trigger dates to keep yourself on track to reach the goal
