I have been a Realtor for about 3 years now and am finding investing in real estate to be an enjoyable learning experience. Looking forward to the advise you seasoned investors have to give and to giving back when I can!

The market down here in West Texas is turning into a bubble and I have a few owner finance deals lined up. I plan to hold them for around 8-10 years and sell before the local oil market weakens. In the area of the Cline Shale play. That money will then go to one or many more diversified markets. Any advise would be great!
