I've been a member and scouring the BP website for years now, off and on for one reason or the next. I want to jump in this year, I've been reading all the mindset and motivation things I can and I'm in the right place now mentally(I think lol). My biggest question is though, is about analyzing deals whether it be the BRRRR method or fix and flip or buy and hold(which is what I plan mainly to do). From all my reading it's said that I should be analyzing tons of deals a day, but I dont know where to start. I guess I kind of need direction of where to start looking for the numbers I need to start doing this. Like is there a book I can read, or any programs I need or anything? Any help would be appreciated tia
