Best way to find for sale by owner?

I am trying to come up with some seller financing deals and want to target houses on the market FSBO. I am wondering what methods have you guys used to find good seller financing deals? Is there any efficient way to filter out houses on the market represented by an agent? I understand even with an agent you can do seller financing but I feel FSBO might give me a better return on my time.
