Hello all,
I am a brand new member to the site and wanted to say hello. I was referred to BP by @Lisa Giasi, thanks for the tip Lisa.
I've been doing a lot of reading, and everything so far is very informative, and full of valuable information!
A little about myself, I have 3 years experience with REO's from the field services side. I was actually involved in property management, and all that goes along with property preservation for CFK, REO, etc.. I'm at a point where I'm ready to reap the rewards of hard work, instead of just being the laborer. I've spent countless hours preparing a house for banks, agents, and brokers only to move on to the next one without reaping the benefits outside of my normal salary.
A wise man once told me, for a man to continuously do the same task over and over again and expect a different result is the definition of insanity. So in order for me to achieve my goals and live up to my own expectations its time for a change.
I just attended a meeting at a real estate investment club tonight, and they were asking me to join. I left feeling extremely motivated, but a little skeptical as well. Being so new to this i decided to walk on it, and do some more research. ANY information, regarding networking (I'm in Southern California) building clients, experience with clubs, or anything else would be welcomed and greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
