Hello All,

My name is Joe Milchling. Im 27 and graduated from Rowan University with an Accounting degree. I am a Controller for a private forklift dealership in NJ. I am very interested in Real Estate investing and networking with people in NJ area. I purchased a primary residence in 2012 with positive equity and am interested in purchasing a rental property within the next 12 months. Aside from RE, i am interested in stocks (mostly buy and hold). Looking forward to talking with everyone!
