Hello all, my name is Richard Horton and I have lived in or around Nashville for over 40 years. During that time I have owned, rented and sold a couple of rental properties.

I found biggerpockets.com a couple of weeks ago and have spent several hours on the site and listening to the podcasts. The information is excellent and I have enjoyed learning more.
