My Partner and I are looking to buy a propertie/s that cashflows and thinking that we should look into Bakersfield Multifamily. Any Info on areas?

Thanks for the input. I have noticed that the prices are a bit higher than what they used to be. Being in Los Angeles, it looks like that’s the closest we have for cashflow multi family.
