Hello Fellow BPers!

My name is Rudy and I reside in, not so sunny, WPB, FL. I have no real estate experience but I am definitely excited to jump in and learn as much as I can and give back to the BP community! I have yet to decide exactly what avenue of REI I want to focus on but rehab has been the most intriguing thus far.

I am a 5 year owner of a foreclosed home in WPB and I really enjoyed the process of beautifying the property. While my experience is still extremely limited regarding rehab, I found this project to be loads of fun and a great learning experience! I plan on acquiring and offering as much information as I can to the BP community. Unfortunately because I know nothing, I will be acquiring much more than I can offer presently so bare with me! lol.
