Newbie from Washington, DC area

Hello, My name is Stephanie. I'm originally from Baltimore, MD. I'm now living in the suburbs of Washington, DC. I am married, and a home educator of my two children. I've had an interest in real estate for more than 10 years. I received my real estate license in 2004, but immediately after receiving my license, I found out I was pregnant with my first son, and I put everything on hold. At the beginning of this year, I decided it was time to achieve my goal to become a real estate investor. I began attending the local REIA, and I want to start in wholesaling. I did a Google search on wholesaling techniques and found BiggerPockets.com, and joined immediately. This week, I listened to my first podcast featuring, ironically, wholesaler Jerry Puckett, and was very inspired. I'm ready to learn and engage!!
