Helo, My name is Kyle. I am from Ft. Worth, TX, but currently living in Chicago. I am a single airline pilot with no kids which means I have extra time on my hands. A few years ago I bought my first home in Houston,TX, did some extensive remodeling, and have been renting it for the last two years. I relocate frequently with my job. Since leaving TX in 2001, I have lived in FL, AZ, CA, IL, NY, and im hoping to move to Denver soon! I hope to invest in some properties (single or multi family) to diversify my investment portfolio. I have virtually no REI experience and some book knowlege, and I hope this group will provide the support to get me started as an investor.
