New Investor: Creating an LLC to make investments

Hello,

I am looking for some friendly advice here. I am a 25 year old investor living in Portland, ME. I am in discussions with another investor/friend about potentially creating an LLC in an effort to combine our capital and buy more investment properties in the area. My questions is as follows.. If I have more capital than my partner, would it be unwise to invest more money than my partner, rather than investing an equal amount? Does anyone have any advice for how we should work a deal / arrange a contract if I am investing for example 100K and my partner is investing 50K? To be specific, I have already done two BRRR deals, but the intentions of these investment properties with my partner are to be long-term holds and not quick flips.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
