Hello I'm Shannon. Newbie in Missouri.

Hello everyone my name is ShaFirst my ultimate goal is to earn enough passive income from realestate investing to equal what I make at my current job as soon as possible but deadline by 5 years. That is around $4400.00 a month. Im tired of relying on working for a living to support my family without having time to have a life with my family. Smaller goal is I want to have 2 income generating properties by the end of 2021 with my first property being before July. Both hopefully generating at least $200 a month cash flow.
Where I am, as many might say. I am extremely time constrained. I wake up by 4am for work and return home from work around 7pm sometimes later and im in bed by 8pm after spending what little time I have with my wife and 1 year old son. Just to do it again the next day. I do this Monday-Saturday and sometimes like this last weekend sundays as well. I am not in a great position to be able to have a down payment on a property. I'd have a hard enough time affording closing costs and home inspection costs. But that is doable. My credit was also heavily damaged by my own doing a couple years ago and is in recovery. I've managed to bring it back up by over 100 points since March last year but still not in the best position for a lender to want to work with me. Im right at the bottom of that cutoff or right below. Im very serious about this future and this investment in realestate and looking for the best consulting and mentorship moving forward.
I know the potential and the growth available to me here and have been interested for years just never took the leap but recently this 80+ hours a week is taking a toll on my life in many ways and im looking to get away from that while having financial freedom for my own well being and that of my family. Also want to mention I am a military veteran and currently serving in the air force reserves as well. I only mention that because I know that opens some other options financially.
