Hi my name is Elexis Lex Sims and I'm a 24 yrs looking start on my Real Estate portfolio. I recently moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I am in the starting phase of getting my first ever real estate investment (i.e. learning the market, finding an agent, finding lenders...). I'm looking for multifamily home to start with. So any advice, tips, tricks you seasoned Texans would like to share im all ears 😊👂
