Young newbie looking for advice on future purchase.(multifamily)
I'm a 21 year old who is saving money and building credit to buy my first property. I would like it to be a duplex rent out half and live in the other be the property manager and then use the first duplex as collateral to buy another property later on down the road. Any tips and pointers would be much appreciated thank you.
