I am super new to real estate investing... I signed everything with Nevada headquarters to become a registered LLC but I'm not sure where to start. I've already invested $2000 into becoming an LLC and they have registered the "company name" and said I have to find an agent in PA where I'm located. So I have yet to do that however I'm not sure where to go from here... any tips for new people looking to get into the real estate market?? And how do you calculate how much to spend on property and what do you say to get loans... I'm just completely at a loss and intend on getting books to read... HELLLPPPPPP!!!
