Hey everyone,
Just found your site about ten minutes ago :)
I would say I'm completely new to investing. I had a CD once that I withdrew about halfway through, but that's it. My mind processes math very easily, though, and the math of real estate investment (more particularly owning rental homes) has me very interested.
My goal is to save enough for a down payment on rental property, and in the meantime become as much of an expert as possible on the local market and applicable laws. As rich a resource as the Internet has already been, I'm excited to come across a community that supports this.
