Refinancing our mortgage

What im wondering is that we nare 60 yrs old plan on retiring ina few years our rate is 4.75 now and we owe 145k we have 16 to 17 yrs left on mortgage and do not know if it makes sense to refinance at our age.any hell would be appreciated
