Hello everyone, I have been a member of BP since 2017, but never really utilized all of the tools. After listening to several pod cast, I heard the recurring theme of ppl scaling up with partners they met on BP.   Soooo here I am saying hello.  I just purchased my 1st duplex, which I am boot strapping.  I am remodeling the basement apartment and living up top for now.  I am looking to buy and hold multi families in my area for now, but I am willing to venture out of state to find deals.   I want to purchase more property multi's in my area this year.
Anyone looking to toss some ideas around feel free to hit me up.
