Hello Hampton Roads & Virginia Beach!

Hello and happy New Years to all Bigger Pockets members! I am a real estate investor in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and greater Hampton Roads area. I currently own two properties (one rental, and one primary residence) in Virginia Beach, and am looking to expand my portfolio. I am interested in BRRRR or Buy & hold properties, as well as rent by the room leases, ideally to military tenants. I am an avid listener of the BP podcast and avid reader of any real estate books I can get my hands on. I feel knowledgeable about the process but am lacking the hands on experience, especially when it comes to rehab/remodel. My most recently read books are How to Invest in Real Estate and Bidding to Buy, and will likely be moving on to some books about flipping and rehab costs (J Scott) next. I am a motivated and ambitious individual, and am eager to learn and gain experience. I look forward to working with you soon.
