Newbie into Real-Estate!
Hey everyone,
As the title suggests, I am new into the Real-Estate game and I am located in the Austin area. I have a single LTR for about 2 years and about to sell my first flip property. It's quite scary starting off and honestly, I'm very ignorant when it comes to a lot of the laws that take my money such as the Capital Gain tax.
Anyway, I am here because I am starting off my Real-Estate Empire and I am looking for any professional advice or anybody that wants to connect. I am hungry and want to continue investing into Real-Estate to make some REAL money.
