Hello BP!I have been devouring the podcast series for several weeks.I have had an interest in real estate for many years,but never committed to action.Let me tell you,I am fully committed to finding my niche here.Currently I am marketing for wholesale properties in the Memphis area.For fifteen years I have managed a personal loan company and feel it is time for a new career path.

It has been thirty days since I first introduced myself. Today I closed my first house and it feels good to win. I also have three properties under contract and a couple in the works.Go BP!!!
p.s. sorry I haven't been more active but wholesaling is tough work...lol
