Newbie living in NJ and investing in OH

Hello BP! I've been browsing the forums for a while now and decided now is the time to post. I am a military member stationed in New Jersey. I am from OH and will be moving back after my retirement in 5 yrs. My goal is to buy and hold 10 2-4 unit properties in OH prior to my retirement. I have been visiting this site for a year and would like to thank you all for the info and guidance you provide every day.
