I stumbled across the site today and have read a few forum topics. Seems like a great community, with a wealth knowledge. I myself, have been picking up foreclose properties throughout Orange and L.A. County for the past year and a half, and successfully mitigated several short sales. I actually have an inventory of 15-20+ properties in these areas that I would now like to unload at 70 to 80% under FMV

I'm now assisting in the ramp up of a newer company based in Orange County CA looking to expand outside of my comfort zone territory, and state wise so I'll most likely be in need of assistance in finalizing these transactions. So all the tips and advise will be most welcomed.
