Good Morning BP! I'm a new investor and looking for some advice. For all the Jacksonville, FL peeps...What are your thoughts on investing in the Arlington / Ft. Caroline areas? I've seen some properties that look like they could be great flips and potentially some buy and holds as well.  Just wanted to see if anyone has had any success in these areas.
