Non-US Resident with a property to rent out on Airbnb

Hello,

I used to live in the US but now live overseas. I'm not a US citizen but since I lived in the US, I have maintained a US bank account, credit card and get my mail at a friend's place who doesn't mind doing a few things for me. I currently don't have any US income.

I have purchased a condo in a resort area that I would like to rent out on Airbnb. I plan to hire a property manager and I will manage the Airbnb listing remotely (setting prices, answering questions, etc.). I'm curious about what financial structure I should put in place to minimize my taxes. My goal is to reinvest income from this property to buy another property in a few more years. I don't need to take out funds from this property and move it outside the US for the next decade or so.
