Hello Everyone, 

My Name is Toneo Gulley and currently serving in the Armed forces overseas. I have been reading posts and books for quite some time now and decided to put some of the things I have learned into action. I tried to steer away from long distance real estate due to the fears of not being present throughout the process but I decided to take some risk and live with no regrets. I purchased my first deal and looking for some suggestions or recommendations from some investors in the area. Any guidance will help! Thank you in advance!

I am currently trying to find a property manager and some contractors to help get my home rent ready to start off the new year on the right foot. I am wondering if there are any BP members who knows someone that manages properties and does great work in this area. I need ceiling patching done, drywall work, kitchen cabinets, painting, carpet install, and door install. These are some of the items on the list so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
