I'm Kendra and have been reading BP for a while. Just bought first SFR as rental following 2% and 50% rules. Kind of exciting! Kind of scary! Over time would like to get more properties if this one goes well. My current work is as a laboratory manager for an in vitro fertilization lab--very interesting work!--but I've wanted to try being a landlady for several years too. We'll see how it goes. Love the forums!
