First time in Real Estate flipping houses, new and excited!
Hey everyone! I have been reading a lot of BP a lot and I am amazed at the wealth of knowledge and how helpful everyone is around here so thank you all of you for the amazing help and community you provide. So a little background my brother and I just started our first real estate company and we're entering the Gainesville/Lake City market to begin flipping houses and potentially wholesaling as well. We are super brand new just launched a month ago. Our goal and plan is to flip 7 houses this next year using private money to fund the deals, I know it's a high goal but I believe we can do it. I know it's going to take a lot of hard work and we're going to fail a bunch but we're willing to fail for a better future. So my question is this:
We currently have one private money lender but we want to work with more investors and create win wins of course
We are building a funnel to bring deals in to analyze (starting with finding a star realtor).
And we have some construction knowledge but want to use GCs to do the work so we can focus on working on the business rather in the business
So what would you recommend doing to get that first deal done?
Thank you so much!
Dominic
