Hello all,

I am new to the Tucson market and have been doing research on neighborhoods, market rents etc. I am looking to grow my portfolio of smaller multi-family properties and wanted to reach out, say hello, and see if anyone had any insight as I am wanting to learn more about the area. Thanks so much!
