Hello all,

Name is Chad Wenzel just moved to the Akron area from Chicago so we can be closer to my wife's family.

Have been reading up on investing in real estate for awhile and decided after the wedding and the move I would prepare myself on the journey of investing.

I will be looking at investing in Akron and my hometown (Peoria,IL) My family is there and everyone of them is in some type of construction, where as I am the one with the business background. Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Business Degree 6 years ago and since then have worked for some big Fortune 500 companies in high project management & analytical roles.
Even tho I am successful in the corporate world, my goals are to start aquiring real estate in both a buy and hold and buy and flip manner. I want to create passive income for my finacial future!

I stated listening to the podcasts about 3 weeks ago and wanted to join the site for advise, networking, and potential partnering.
