New Rental Investor from California

Dalton Arnhart
Posted

Hello everyone,

My name is Dalton Arnhart and wanted to introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets community as a budding rental property investor. I'm a 26 year old history teacher and own a home in the Central Coast of California but am turning it into a rental as I am living in Southern California for at least 2 years.

I am looking toward buying homes in different markets such as the Midwest and South and using property managers to rent them to create a long term plan for retiring with rental income. I will most likely buy the first of these properties in the next 6 months, through the Real Wealth Network (RWN). It would be great to hear personal reviews on RWN or other organizations that help long-distance landlords, along with more information for rental in general.

Thank you and Happy New Year
