Hello everyone! My name is Patrick, a new investor and I am a Merchant Mariner by occupation who works on cable ships as an engineer. I have learned that real estate as a passive income is ideal for someone in my career because of the fact that I'm not in one place long enough to enjoy a home. House-hacking and multi-family properties are ideal and are what I would like to start with. Although, I am not opposed to other options. Looking forward to meeting anyone willing to make a connection!

As of now, I am looking in the Jacksonville, FL area. Although, other options throughout the US are possible.

I would also love to connect with anyone in the same industry that I am in! I know very few people within my own company who actually own real estate, mostly because they would rather not deal with the hassle or they are unsure how to go about it. Our industry is tough enough being away from our families, so it makes sense. However, it is not a deterrent for me.

Thanks for reading and I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you!
