Newbie in Frankfort, Kentucky

I live in Frankfort, KY and I am just starting out.  I have studied, read, and listened a lot over the years but never made the leap to action until now. I am looking for other investors  to network with in the area. My plan is to start by wholesaling to learn the market then branch out into buy and hold and BRRR rentals, specifically multi family. I'm looking forward to meeting other like minded people in the area.
