Hi everyone! My name is Ethan and I'd like to get my butt in gear and jump right in.

My background includes working at a title company for about 1.5 years and having a long time friend who is a very successful real estate agent. I am from a small town, Centralia, MO, and went to college for computer networking at Linn State Technical College. (but don't ask me anything about cat5 cables:))

My goals are to work for myself, build a great team, and to be able to invest in bigger and bigger vehicles the further I go.

I learned about BiggerPockets from a friend in my REIA.

I think that covers all the bases. I hope to get to know everyone here in this great community!
