New investor Houston,TX, 25Yr
Hi guys I'm a new investor in Houston TX area, interesting on flipping single family houses in range of 80-150k.I'll be happy to get an advise from you what area should I start looking. what could be a easy start for me?

I would start by driving in the area you live at. Using the driving for dollars app and looking for distressed properties. You might find some properties that have signs up that show "For sale by owner" and those would be good to look into. You'll also might see signs at busy intersections that say "We buy houses cash" these may be wholesalers that spend most of their time looking for houses that are Flip investments.
