Greetings BP! 

My name is Noah Lee. After exploring the site for a bit, I felt overwhelmed and lost in the vast amount of content and information present on the site. I felt that it was best to simply dive right in with a post of my own and some information about me! I am currently 19 years of age and live in Southington, Connecticut.

I just recently passed the CT Salesperson Exam and am working on joining a brokerage. I started a construction consulting business in August of this year and have had some minor success since. I found Bigger Pockets in my research regarding real estate investing. Since then, I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast and just recently decided to actually become more involved on the site.
I became interested in real estate investing at the end of my freshman year of college. I concluded that I want to utilize real estate investing as a means to gain financial freedom and build generational wealth. 

My nearest goal is to buy my first rental property by the age of 21 and I am currently saving whatever money I have made thus far towards that purchase. At the moment, I am living with my parents who have been extremely supportive of me and my goals. I currently have no experience regarding real estate investing. I hope that through BP I can learn from and interact with others on the site to make my goals a reality!
