Hey everyone , 

I am new to the forum.  i'd like to briefly give a description about myself. 

I am currently living in Virginia Beach. I moved from Florida about 1 year ago. I love challenges, specially those that make sense through analysis. I love doing numbers. Last but not least, I am eager to learn and meet wonderful people in the real estate and investing world. 

I am currently placing offers for my first investment property. Wish me luck !!
