Hey BP,

I learned about this website roughly two weeks ago while searching for RE podcasts. It's been a great motivational tool for me as I work a full time corporate job which has never interested me outside of the good pay. I have a huge interest in RE focusing on short sales, flipping, and seller financing. I would love to get involved outside of work, learning and working for a mentor in the area. I have always been a hard worker and team player. I don't intend to rush but I do have a ten year outlook with preliminary goals that I want to meet.
