Hi. I'm new to Real Estate investing, did some seminars, learned few things. I been in construction for over 20 years. Ran multi million dollar projects thru my career in CT. Now is time to get out of rat race. I'm looking for any one who like to use my knowledge to help them grow in their business and maybe show me some ropes. I'm interested in Wholesaling and long term rentals. I'm located in Hamden for anyone local.
