Seeking Idaho Falls connections

I've just started investing in Idaho Falls single family homes for buy and hold rentals, and interested in reaching out to others in the area. Looks like a very strong market with high rental demand. About to close on purchase of first property in IF, and am looking for any recommendations folks would be willing to share:

- RE investor-friendly attorney who understands privacy shields (like land trusts) as ownership vehicles.

- Handyman for day to day maintenance repairs (don't we all love finding these gems!).

- Investor-friendly HVAC contractor, plumber, carpet cleaning company.

Would be grateful for any kind assistance with this!  Many thanks.
