Networking and Starting out

Hello,

I'm a recently turned 18-year-old in college who is very interested in real estate investments and wanting to create a big network of people that I can learn from to help my journey to becoming financially free and not strapped to a 9-5. I'm just looking for help/a guide to getting started with buying a rental property with no money down as my money is being tossed into college. I reside in the Chelmsford, MA area so any help is appreciated as well as advice on how to create a big network.
