Re-introduction of myself

Hi everyone, I've been a bigger pockets member for a few years now. My first investment property was back in 2012 as brand new home I purchased as my home I wanted to live in but I ended up getting a job offer on the other side of the country after I walked out into the parking lot after signing contract. I still have this property to this day and it cashflows but the cash on cash return isn't the best

I ended up closing on my first true investment property last year thanks to the help of Bigger Pockets and now I'm looking for my third property and I hope for this one to by a multi-family unit. I'm looking at either the OKC area, Osceola County or Pinellas County FL.

I'm currently based in the Philippines so all investing will long distance investing. If anyone is in Manila and would like to talk about local investing I would love to do that.

I'm here to learn more and hopefully can offer help to others where I can.
