Hi,
A big Hello from Atlanta. We are thinking about investing, and looking around for help and advice. We welcome all advice on how to get started. We were thinking about renting properties. We do have a basement apartment that we rent, so we know a little about being a landlord, but it is very little. We're looking forward to meeting everyone.
