Hey community! My name is Ted Sornson. I'm a 28 year old new agent working for Coldwell Banker in Houston, TX. 

I received my MBA from the Acton School of Business in Austin, TX in December, 2019. Since then, COVID has taken a serious toll on my post-graduate plans. 

I have been a casual listener of the podcast for a few years but have decided to really dive into real estate over the past few months. What that looks like is going back to the beginning of the podcast and listening to every single episode, consuming books like water, and meeting with as many professionals as possible. I have some good mentors in the real estate agency world, as well as some strong connectors with potential investors. I'm still eager to meet and network with some folks who are deep in the investment game who are willing to lend me some of their knowledge, advice, and guidance. For that, I have been plugging myself into local communities of investors via classes and, hopefully, meetups soon. 

I have a background in finance and sales which I hope will serve me well as I navigate this new role and world in real estate.
