Hi all, I'm Brian and I'm a new fish getting into the RE investment market in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle). My family and I actually live 25 miles east of Seattle, but work in Seattle every day. Currently hold a full time "regular job" like most people in the daily grind.

Just getting into REI and am working with some mentors/partners doing Owner Financing and Subject To type transactions, but am looking to make contacts locally and see what partnerships and assistance can be made. Working on contacts, buyers lists, and finding sellers right now, lot of work and look forward to it paying off!
